EMBODIMENT — How Essence is held and brought into form. These structures include our bodies, our relationships, our businesses.
EXPRESSION — How your Essence extends beyond your structure. This is how you share, communicate, and radiate your being out into the world. For a business, this includes all public facing content, including the customer experience.
Essence
This is the Vibration which is at your core: your Truth, your values, what is in your heart, your purpose, your life’s task work, why you are on this planet.
This is true for both you, and for any entity, such as a business, movement, or belief system.
Your connection to Source, to Spirit, and how you keep this connection finely tuned and clear is what keeps this core vibration resonating at a high frequency. This Essence energy transmits this vibration through your life, fueling, informing, and directing all that you do.
How I support you in clarifying your Essence —
Through combining ancient indigenous wisdoms and the practices of conscious leadership, I guide you and the leaders of your team in connecting with your Essence, and clearly articulating who you are, your joys, your passions, your Truth. I do this in a way that is tangible and actionable and applicable to modern best practices in business. This happens through a guided practice of self discovery, a facilitated workshop which may include plant medicines, along with other foundational techniques to access your higher self, and to clarity your communication to your Essence. This process includes preparation sessions, as well as a integration of this exploration to produce tangible deliverables.

Here we address the Vessel that is holding the core Vibration.
What are the structures that are in place? Some of these structures are tangible and can be assessed based on your goals. How are they aligned with your Core Values, your Statement of Purpose, and your Mission Statement? How are these structures a part of the change you are here to make and how you serve? How does leadership embody these Values? How are these Values made tangible through the company culture?
This assessment includes the opportunity for deeper business consulting, including readiness for investment. Plus an evaluation of structuring for high growth potential.

Expression
Here is what is being radiated out, your presentation to those outside your structures. How you show up. What is shared, what is communicated, and what is received from you, and your structures of expression. This includes all aspects of communication — Public Relations, Marketing, Story Telling, and any content or education materials that are shared with the public, especially the client and customer experience. Here is are your external relationships with all other stakeholders: vendors, investors, contractors too, and is a measure of integrity of your structures.. Is your communication an authentic project of your core essence? How is your communication being experienced by those on the receiving end?
Deliverables can include -
Content creation and Guidance on Messaging and all Marketing materials
Design and Assessment of customer or client experience
Realignment of existing materials, messaging, SOPs and other practices to better reflect your Values
This is the the widest reach of your Essence, touching the most people. Ultimately, the vibrational quality of your Expression, can be very informative as to the Aligment of your Essence. By keeping all your messaging in integrity with your core, your Essence is actually strengthened, and your values reenforced as others reflect them back to you.

Why I can help you with this —
I have a background spanning over 25 years in the Natural Foods Industry, including 7 years developing and directing the Healthy Eating Program for Whole Foods Market, as the “Healthy Eating Guru”, Global Healthy Eating Coordinator, and spokesperson for the company. In this time, I created and oversaw large scale, successful, mission drive marketing campaign for the company, producing measurable results including high increases in sales of specific items, but more importantly building trust and value in our customer relationships. Other aspects of this work included employee education and wellness campaigns, and CPG product development.
From here, I worked in the emerging cannabis industry, as an advisor, investor, and adovacate, helping to rebrand marijuana and reeducate investors, politicians, and the public on the potentials for this plant. I sat on the Selection Committee for Arcview, a cannabis investing group, and have evaluated hundreds of companies on their capital readiness. I continue to be an advisor for SXSW for their cannabis, psychedelics, culture, and future tracks, helping rewrite the narratives that shape us and inspired us as we collectively imagine our future.
I have been fortunate to have many wonderful teachers and mentors in this work, and I draw largely from the tenants of Conscious Capitalism that I was steeped in during my work with Whole Foods. I have also been honored to have learned from ingenious elders and their teachings.and from these I draw much guidance. I am graduate of the Power Path School of Shamanism Shamanic Studies advanced practitioner training. I continue my studies in Mexico with the Wixarika (Huichol people) and in Peru with the Shipibo, and am always seeking to learn from new forms of thought leadership. I am on the board for the Center for Shamanic Education and Exchange, which works with indigenous communities to perpetuate their wisdom to their future generations.
